Whether you reside in any of the lovely communities in Jupiter, Florida, such as Admiral’s Cove, Frenchman’s Reserve, Lost Tree Village or Mirasol, or elsewhere throughout the Palm Beach area, it would be a missed opportunity to not dine outdoors. The tropical vegetation, birds, butterflies and blue skies are so inviting, and amazingly restorative to the soul.

When you step into your backyard that has been outfitted with a full kitchen, grilling station and furnishings, you are swept away from the humdrum to a resort-like feeling – without any traveling involved.

Major Appliances with Major Appeal
The abundance of outdoor appliances, and cabinetry that features weather-tight construction and finishes, are full of surprises. The only difficult part of this is finding which one to finally choose for your outdoor oasis.

There are fire grills that now offer hybrid capability. This means you can use both wood and charcoal. Additionally, refrigeration is built with the heat in mind. They are specifically engineered to deal with higher outdoor temperatures.

Plant your Feet on Fabulous Flooring
When you step out of doors to enjoy an evening of food and friends, what you step onto plays a big part in the scheme of things. There are many options for flooring when it comes to exterior kitchens.

  • The paver industry is constantly added new styles, configurations and colors to this popular outdoor flooring option.
  • Stone is another route to go. The variety of natural stone is vast. It can be rustic and un-engineered, or tumbled and smooth. Be aware that patterns and colors can widely vary.
  • Cement is yet another way to spruce up your flooring plan, as just about any configuration and color can be poured and enjoyed.
  • Tile, especially unglazed ceramic or porcelain, is still another option. There are literally thousand of choices, and using solids and patterns to create borders is a fun way to delineate your outdoor kitchen.

While you feast with friends in the great outdoors, ultimately it is the view that gives the most pleasure: the scent of flowering bushes, the pink and lavender sky as the sun sets, and the sounds of birds and clinking glasses, toasting the occasion.
