We prefer that all parties connected with the project be present at our initial meeting so we can became acquainted and be in agreement on the important issues of your project.

Project/Design Details

During our meeting, your wish list, design directions, and project requirements will be discussed. You will show us your file of magazine clippings of spaces you admire and at this time, materials for your project will be selected. Together, we will develop your goals and expectations for your project.

The Budget

We will measure the space in question for cabinetry, countertops, and appliances, tile work, and architectural trim. We also will discuss fixtures, flooring, hardware and decorative detailing. Our range of renowned suppliers and products provides you with choices that meet a range of budgets, from basic to exquisite. We will discuss costs and establish a general budget plan, later we will provide you with detailed work specifications, ensuring that you know are comfortable with the size and scope of your project.

The Design Process

It’s time to make some decisions and choose the design firm that you are most comfortable with in making your dream space a reality. Again, as a standard industry practice, Schrapper’s utilizes a design retainer that is completely credited toward your project. Then, all systems go! At this point the Schrapper’s team goes into action and coordinates the details of your project…design, trades, and scheduling are all put in place so you are comfortable throughout the process.
